Owj Air paraglider school founded by Mehdi Moattari in 1996,it was the first  paragliding school  that  works  professional to learen paragliding in Iran.  He knew paragliding accidentally when studying informatics in Spain,one of the best country  for  flying.it  was 1991. When he comeback to Iran in 1995,started to move paragliding,in this way he  collaborate with  Civil  Aviation Organization (CAO.IRI) and Iran Aviation Industris (IAI).
